I should have blipped a juvenile woodpecker

... but it flew off while I was changing lenses.  So today the star has to be this Blue Tit who had just managed to wiggle a piece of peanut out of the feeder and was holding it in one claw while it pecked off bits to eat.

A domestic kind of morning for me, hence the interlude with a camera, followed by time in the afternoon trying to wrap my head around the machinations of a new website/ blog.  I've used Wordpress before but this is a different version and a friend has set it up for me so I'm still not sure where some of the backroom stuff is hiding.
