Handbells.

The Handbell team are back to rehearsals after the summer break. We have thirty seven bells - three octaves including the sharps and flats. Large bells for the low notes and graduating up to the small bells for the high notes. White handles for notes and black handles for the sharps and flats. Ten in the team at present with two men and eight ladies. We could do with another two ringers for a full team. Soon we will be going out to play for Nursing Homes/Guilds/WRI/ hospitasls etc. - they usually want us for Christmas Carols. All good fun.
