Big Foot

Foot still swollen.
Spent all day working on phone and computer, apart from being taken to supermarket at lunchtime where I could actually select things even if couldn't get them off shelves.
Then overdid things this evening - just trying to get around kitchen and carry things,at same time by cutting down to one crutch!
But rewarded with painful foot now so a bit worried now. Must take things more slowly.
