The first of what I imagine will be many food blips over the next few months as I go on the FODMAP diet. I don't have my meeting until Thursday but I have already started to prepare by finding out the best gluten free bread and pasta from friends, and cutting out snacks that I can't eat anymore (biscuits, fruit, sweets, toast) for allowed alternatives. Maybe I will end up having a very healthy diet by the end of this!
