Back to Wales for the first time this year. The weather was awful Friday/Saturday but the sun managed to come out for a few hours on Sunday just as we arrived at the beach-side restaurant we were having lunch at. What a fabulous place! Gorgeous sea views, amazing menu and an exciting list of cocktails (you can see the one I chose in Extras - Cosmopolitan). They also do afternoon tea so I have promised to take my mum for a belated Mother's Day treat in April.
