Saw this in our living room over the weekend, presumably headed towards Guides. Made me smile. Yesterday was my first disclosure to a colleague about being transgender, and her response was so full of love and encouragement.

Still so odd to be low disclosure but called out a colleague on his back biting on a female tonight, asking him to have some respect for her rather than contempt. Learning to deal with male privilege is hard. Also male-male friendships and their weird signals are hard. Slowly starting to learn...
