Butterfly and the Chakras .....

..... as I took this photo I was in awe of the beauty within and surrounding this butterfly. As I thought more about the word "butterfly" I thought about butterflies in the tummy which led me to consider the Solar Plexus (Manipura) Chakra and then the Throat Chakra (Vishudda) where the butterfly-shaped thyroid gland resides. Residing in nature and self awareness through chakra therapy brings wellbeing.
