Building Control

Several trips in to town today including a trip to John Lewis which is just about standing. Luckily the wrecking ball driver was able to see the STOP signs!
First - Park Run. Beat my personal best for the second week - forecasting to be Olympic ready by October. (may need to check on some of my assumptions though).
Second - met up with the French daughter of a friend of a friend! She's is staying in Edinburgh for a while and we had been trying to meet for ages.
Third - to see Elvis Costello performing. Great show, enjoyed hearing new and old songs and the stories that went with them. And loved hearing the audience singing along to Alison ever so softly, despite wanting to belt it out.
