Freezing fog

It was so cold tonight that it was barely possible to see in front of you.

At midnight the fireworks went off in Macclesfield filling the sky with a luminous mist.

Later that day I traveled home to London via Leek and Stoke on Trent. Stoke on Trent the day after new year's eve is a sight to behold I can tell you. I've never seen so many broken bottles and streamers in the street.
