Not tiny tuesday
One thing thats interesting about picture framing is the variety of stuff that gets brought in.
Today a lady arrived with an absolute beast of a frame to which she wanted a scratch-off map of the world fitted. This frame must have cost an arm and a leg originally and looks like it would be better hung in Buckingham Palace or the National Gallery. However, as is often the case it looked really nice with a bit of mount board matting to display the map.
Apparently she bought the frame for £40 on eBay. I think she got a bargain. I just hope it didn't originally contain a priceless stolen masterpiece ;-)
