A visiting Wren

Despite the rain in this photo we have had a marvellous day.
The Wren was in Sydney and Mr F and I enjoyed a great day showing J and P  a few of the views around my part of Sydney. 
The weather in Sydney has been so wet and humid for the last few weeks and  I did wonder if they would ever see the sunshine. After a pretty damp start the clouds did ease and they were able to  see Sydney sparkle .....thank goodness. 
So good to see J and P and the conversations and laughter continued all day.
This really was a special meet-up as it was The Wren who introduced me Blip many years ago (we met at a watercolour course in Wales). Of course since then I have got to meet other Blippers virtually and some  in "real life" and for this I will be forever grateful. 
Truly a special day.
