Transformation ?

I have spent 18 years working in the regulation of care services. All the days of my life shared with people who use care home and day services in our country . Travelling through my most loved countryside. Greatly privileged to have my job.
Trying to graciously withdraw from my permanent job whilst grieving for the loss of commitment to the principles and values that drew me to this work.
Looking forward to this next chapter of my life and wondering what will be.
Today started with snow and hailstorms and ended with the most beautiful sunset.
