This multiple exposure shot of the pond makes me think of Formica.

Finally, rather late in the year, I have got my SAD light out and feel noticeably better. 

I allowed an IPSOS MORI researcher over the threshold, because he was doing research about state pensions. He had taken the job because he could no longer cope with being a mental health nurse and is trying to build up a business running mindfulness courses. His wife has type 1 diabetes, has had a heart attack and is going blind.  Why am I telling you this?
