Healing fast week -day five

Unbelievable - I am almost done with my healing fast week - today and tomorrow and did it! I knew I could!!! Today its my free day so doing busy housework - its done not as easy as normally as I feel still a little tired but all in all I can say this week is/was done quite easy and I will do it once a year now. I feel good - I wake up before the alarm rings I am not tired - I am not hungry (okay yesterday I sat in front of my boss and he had a danish for breakfast and I was close to grab this danish).  If I do not see food - I feel fantastic and when I see food I am really looking forward for the weekend.
