Remembering Dad.

Today would have been Dad's 88th birthday, it was very hard to bear his absence. Rachel, Peter Richard, Fiona, Mum and I today buried Dad's ashes, by a specially planted Hawthorn tree, overlooking some of the hills that he loved to walk on. Mum placed this simple posy of flowers, all freshly picked from her garden, onto the casket. I know the pain will ease a little over time but right now I just miss him very much.
