Frosty start

Beautiful Frosty morning on the farm. Took my time at the feeding enjoying the sunshine and spring like weather. Finished the pallet pen sheep maternity ward in the shed and sorted cleaned the sink and table ready for making up lamb milks. Got washing dry on the line too. 

Husband has spent all day looking for a young cattle beast on the hill where we manage the livestock.  They are fed every day and he noticed he was one short today so thought he better look for it. I thought he would be back sooner than he was so had held off feeding the deer but as the day wore on I realised he wouldn't be back to do them. So I waited for the equine podiatrist to come and do the horses feet and she was early enough she decided to come feed the deer too. Nice not to do it on my own. Deer wondered why we were so late!!
