Signs and portents

When I left the office there was a mysterious bloom of "smoke" rising from Tate Modern ... very odd. Add in the almost constant sound of sirens, and it felt like a place to leave fast!

The news from Westminster has dominated the afternoon. Apparently much of the Southbank is closed...
