Thatched roof.

Until I went to Yetholm for the first time, six years ago now, I didn't realise that there were houses with thatched roofs in Scotland. Apparently there are just over three hundred of them in the country, and about six of them are in Town Yetholm and Kirk Yetholm.

It was such a miserable day today, I was hoping for a look at the new deckers for the launch of Border Buses on Sunday, but they hadn't arrived by the time I left the depot tonight and this was one of only two shots I took with my iPhone.
