New Abbey

We went on a trip to New Abbey Corn Mill in Dumfriesshire today. It was really interesting. I got to try out different ways of grinding grain and agreed that the mill was much easier than doing it by hand. The guide was so nice and I got a bag of oatmeal to take home to make oatcakes with.
