The Old and the New!

I left home early today to play golf for the first time in two months as our course has been waterlogged and unplayable after the heavy rains, only to discover that once again it was too wet for play after last night's rain. So while the other ladies opted for breakfast and a bridge morning, I saw the beautiful light and phoned sister M to ask her to show me this ruined church I'd heard so much about. It's not far from where she lives and one could spend hours there as there are so many photo opportunities. However, as is the sad reality of our country, the area is hiiden from the road and not safe for two women on their own. So hubby and dogs will be roped in to an early morning or late evening outing shortly!
I liked the contrast of the old building with the CBD and harbour in the distance.
