Burgher Burger no. 9

Another fantastic night at Burgher Burger which was not only launching their own specifically brewed beer but going for a Umami theme !!
Residents chef Steve and Daniela whipped up the following mouthwatering menu:-

Starter: Miso Broth

Main: Beef burger with mushroom ketchup, slow roasted tomato mayo, parmesan crisp, shoestring fries & aioli

Dessert: Knickerbocker Glory
