Antelope Canyon

Walking through the curved, twisted and narrow passages of this absolutely stunning canyon was utterly spectacular this morning. Naturally formed stone sculptures from flood water take you into a fantasy land of carved sandstone which has been formed over thousands of years. 

Climbing down ladders of varying lengths to reach the sandy canon floor, and negotiating the narrow corridors you could see the shapes of animals, fish and other effigies beautifully lit with the light which filtered down through the rocks. Awe-inspiring!
