Johan Poulsen House

The property was purchased in 1890 for $3,000 and the house was completed in August 1891.  It has quite an interesting history and now in 2017 it is up for sale at a price of  $1,295,000.

I pass by this beauty every day on my way to pick up my grandson from school and have always been interested in the history of the home.  Today I had time to go by, take a picture, and learn a bit about it.  Always fun to find out more of the history we speed by each day.
