Lensbaby Thistle

Guess who got a macro convertor for her lensbaby composer?!!
Robin gave me the composer a couple of years ago for my Birthday and I have never really got to grips with it. In the meantime macro photography has become my thing so I decided to get a convertor for the composer. It arrived today and I found a video to help me put it all together and then had a play with my vase of flowers. It will take quite a bit of practice to find the sweet spot and to make the most of the bendiness of the lens but I was quite pleased with these two shots. The thistle has an aperture of 5.6 placed in the lens and the freesia (extras)has no aperture.
