Maeve the Deerhound woke Apothecary7 at 5am. Apothecary7 woke me. I took Maeve for a very short walk. Then it was back to bed !

Apothecary7's last day off in lieu.

We had a morning at home. Appothecary7 did some rows on the rag rug.
Then I took Maeve for another short walk before lunch.

At 2pm Apothecary7 and I went for a walk. We went round to the harbour and had a wander round the old quay. The we went on round the harbour and along the little park by the ferry terminal and out Kilkerran road to Glenramskill House and round past the NATO fuel jetty to the car park and the two mile marker by the Doirlinn. Sometimes Davaar island was sunlit, sometimes it wasn't.

We came back along the street side of the park and came home through town passing the town hall and the bookshop (open). We went into the bookshop and each of us managed to find a book to buy.

Later Apothecary7 continued her most recent painting by adding an object in the bottom left corner and working more colour layers into some tulips.

Afternoon music ... well, there wasn't any !
