Goodbye to Orkney

I headed up the hill this morning in beautiful sunshine, crunching through frosty grass. The view from the car park was beautifully tranquil.
Once the last bits of packing were done, we dropped the van at the garage and Mum and Dad took us to the airport. We flew to Glasgow, where sandwiches are six quid, then on to Birmingham where we collected our hire car. Then we sat in a traffic jam for two hours. We are finally moving, but we are now too late for dinner in the pub. Shame.
