Memorial

I walk Ted in the fields behind our cottage most days. There are flowers or a pot plant left here pretty much all the time. Someone must change them as they fade.
Apparently, years ago, there were farm workers cottages along this stretch of the field. I often wonder who lived there and who died there. I've also been told that there are the remains of a church and a couple of grave stones too but it's so over grown that I've never been able to investigate.
