Pine Tree Reconstructed

Last night I decided to check my camera for a multiple exposure setting as recommended by Markus who has kicked off the Experimental Photography weekly challenge. I was surprised to find it and quickly realised Markus was right, some degree of planning or thought was required :-)

I tried a couple of different scenes on my lunch time walk, but I've gone for a photo of a bare branched pine tree overlaid with a photo of some pine cones lying at the foot of the tree. I liked how the pines almost seem to be reattached to the tree. It's an interesting feature and I wonder when I might use it again, but at least it's there for emergencies!
