Lanterns

Out this evening in Edinburgh for a Pecha Kucha ( http://www.pechakucha.org/ )event at the Scottish Parliament.
Afterwards we went for some food ( a second dinner for me) to a lovely Turkish Restaurant in the old town. It is full of these stunning Turkish lanterns which I really wanted to photograph. The lighting just didn't work though, because they were lit up. Even when the very kind waiter dimmed the lamps for me, it still didn't work all that well. So instead, I have played about with the image to make it look even more bright like city lights.
