Hollywood comes to Holyrood?

So I was excited to go out the back of Waverley station, looking forward to seeing some Avengers doing daring stunts on Cockburn Street, but it must have been a bit early in the morning - and a bit freezing and wet. All I saw was lots of cables running up and down steps and the street, and lots of men in black, guarding the cables. And North Bridge also had a lot of blue tarpaulin covering the station side - wonder if it was 'blue screen'?

On my way back, still nothing doing, but back in the station, the big square between platforms 2 and 3 has been fenced off for filming purposes - I look forward to seeing it all on the big screen next year.
