Paradis Latin--Paris

Captured with a zoom across a wide construction site (see map for the exact location).  We were returning from a farewell lunch with Laura and Eric; later in the afternoon they headed for the airport to fly back to New York.  The extra was captured a bit further on the walk. 

Laura and Eric's  ten days based here did not go according to plan (to put it mildly).  They flew to Florence (via Pisa) on 16/3 two days after arriving. But their return flight to Paris Orly (Saturday 18/3) was cancelled after the shooting at Orly, and after a further series of cancellations they finally got back via overnight train yesterday (22/3).
