Tribute
Some years ago we had a cat whom we loved as much as the two we have now. She was delightful with a three- coloured silky coat and was called Chicha. Unfortunately she met a tragic end, over run by a car in front of the house.
The budding artist whom you've already met here, decided to pay tribute to her by engraving a stone under which she was buried.
Since it was not easy for a 12 years old amateur sculptor to carve the face of a cat into hard stone, he drew his inspiration from one of his former favourite comics author, Philippe Gelück. With a little visual accomodation, you might be able to read some letters and recognize Chicha's face. I was trimming the hydrangeas this morning when the gravestone reappeared amidst the greenery, so I decided that I had my blip for today. The three snails are optional.
