Back to the floor

3 days and no cycling of any real substance and sitting for most of the day.. And even the cycling generates fitness but not too much flexibility so I decided it was time to do some yoga again this morning... And it was a shock how much flexibility I had lost... I am still not too bad but could not do some of the things that I had been able to do a month or two ago... cycling tends to create tight hamstrings so it was back to the floor .. and it will be back to the floor regularly from now on ....
