In to Berwick on the bus this morning, then MrM met me out of work this afternoon. He absolutely insisted, though he has an awful, streaming cold and really wasn't fit enough to be out and about!

'Killed several birds with one stone', as they say, before heading home. Stocked up on palm-oil-free oat cakes (available from only one of the local supermarkets), re-fuelled the car, went to the bank and building society and did some food shopping. Shattered! Looking forward to a relaxing evening and a glass of red...
