You could say that although it's all good natured fun as the grown men get themselves fitter by engaging in virtual races. I guess when you get to the point where you're planning it around the times when the wind will offer the most assistance you should realise that it's no longer about strength or fitness but about workplace flexibility. But that would be sensible and boring.
