Conferring

I was at this conference in Southampton today, including giving one of the papers; it seemed to go well although I was glad when it was over! Very interesting day overall but now my brain is overloaded.

Parking was on one campus while the conference was on another which was a 20 minute walk away. True to form, I got lost on the way back to my car (everything looked different in the dark!) but just when I was about to despair I saw a student and asked her for directions and, bless her, she walked half of it with me to make sure I went the right way :)
