A bit limpy still, went to Dad's, we took him out for a push in the wheelchair after lunch as the sun shone.  Then went to see Mum in the care home. She was alrightish when we arrived but today the anxiety came back and she was quite sad and tearful. One of the carers said she has been quite low the last couple of days.
It was lovely to get home to a delivery of these beautiful flowers from Rosie and Graham.
