Singing

Great to hear my Dad singing this evening as he played his guitar after we had eaten an evening meal. Music is so important.

It's going to be sad to leave here, my parents have been great and helpful to me and I really appreciate them.

My brother came round today unexpectedly which was lovely but the dog swallowed a cocktail stick attached to some chicken satay! Bit of a nightmare as she's only tiny. He raced her to the vets. We hope she'll be ok, if she was a bigger dog I don't think there would be so much worry.

I'm hoping to get outside tomorrow. Despite my best intentions to walk today I slept so I missed the fab weather. When the body needs sleep it is time to listen.
