MY LATEST GADGET

Hi there to all my dear friends. I hope you have all had a good day.
I have decided to try and cut down on bread, and other stuff. I therefore bought this blender, so I could make some healthy smoothies etc. I haven't tried it yet, but my Son swears by it. Ever since I stopped smoking, and also having retired now from Care work , I have put on weight, and I really want to lose a bit.
