Two Times Two

Woke to low cloud and calm weather.  I was in time to see these two crews head out for their training run.  The lake is very low, so they had to carry their skiffs out into deeper water.  There are two major events in Wanaka today.  Breca Swim/Run race, and a jet boat race.  I didn't see any signs of either event.

After lunch I went to croquet.  A beautiful afternoon, with lots of people there, 21 in all.

My iphone still isn't fixed, so I don't know if it is good or bad news.  (Later:  My phone won't be ready until Monday afternoon!!!)  It is a lovely evening, no wind, and the sun is now shining.  Nice.
