Looking at You

He seemed to be looking directly at me while I was trying to get a photo. I was trying to find a better view of the nest because I couldn't see anyone sitting on it; then I found this one sitting near by. (Near by is relative to the very far places I sometimes see him.) Not much action while I watched, but I only was able to stay for a few minutes because I was on my way to an appointment. I hope the parent was on the nest but that I just couldn't see him or her.
Thanks for your nice comments about my silly commentary yesterday. I tend to imagine what the birds are thinking often and just decided to share it with you. My grandchildren appreciated my stories when they were little.  :-))
