Paws for a Cause

This is Guide Dog day in NZ so we all did our thing and The Boss emptied his change pocket completely into the nice ladies bucket.
Yes he is now walking straight again and would be safe to walk thru the metal detector thingie at airports.

I have always wanted to be a Guide Dog and have a pretty jacket but The Boss says…..Errr..Maybe it would be better not to say what he says but apparently Terriers don’t have the typing skills to pass the exam.  So to bark?

In spite of this however I did recognise one of my favourite friends (Who in winter covers his boots in mutton fat which has NOTHING to do with this) from at least 100 yards (oh sorry I failed the decimal thingie too) …metres away and long before The Boss could see why I was behaving this way, while out walking this afternoon. “G” was pleased to see me too BUT was only wearing sneakers…Sigh.
Winter is however on the way….
