I've been missing because of other people's crises rather than my own in places which meant even quick snaps seemed inappropriate 

So today I decided to take advantage of the glorious weather and stretch my comfort zone - yes I took the stick but we had a proper woodland walk

If it's nice tomorrow I may go back & do the longer circuit - at least it distracts me
