Around the Cairo Block

Out for a stroll en route to dinner after Dd worked hard all day and I, unusually, dozed on top of the bed in a deep hole of sleep. This is a very local market street very close to where we live. It's always stimulating to walk along. We're now on the roof terrace of the King's Hotel, another hidden gem of a place, which makes a nice destination for the walk.
