Cherry blossom

Granddaughter was discharged late yesterday afternoon but didn’t get home until later in the evening as her “meds” weren’t ready and she couldn’t go without them. As wife was committed to running a bereavement group with young children I spent a good part of the day helping out at daughter’s house. Emmy is still very weak and in pain and daughter worn out with a 5 day stay in hospital.
On my way home I had our shopping to do and on the way out of the supermarket to the car I managed to take a quick shot of the blossom lining the walkway – looks gorgeous in the sun. And that’s today’s blip – I think it looks better large.
