The thrilling Skywalk, Blackpool Tower

Another lovely day in Blackpool, with wonderful weather again. Highlights of the day included going up the Blackpool Tower and lying on the so called 'Walk of Faith', where you can look 380 feet down onto the Promenade. The Tower is an amazing place and we even managed to go into the famous Tower Ballroom where we saw couples Quickstepping & Cha Cha Cha-ing, all over the amazing patterned sprung dance foor ... roll on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

Having never been to Blackpool, I had my preconceived views and yes, it is a bit frayed round the edges but it has real character and I loved it and can't wait to see it again.
