Ah, Relief!

I received many compliments from employers on this, first ever, job and career fair held at the college. We used one of my photos of Mt Adams for the cover photo for the program. 

The event was held on campus at The Fort Dalles Readiness Center, a building built in a collaboration between the Oregon Military Department and Columbia Gorge Community College. We set up on the "drill floor",  which is a 10,000 square foot space also used by the college and the community for a wide variety of events.

The extra is a photo of the view of the Columbia River and the Columbia Hills from the drill floor.

My husband was an essential collaborator/volunteer these last fews days, helping to ensure that everything came together. I am thrilled it is over and that it was so well received by businesses, students and job seekers alike.
