Calanais

I took a Chinese colleague on a tour around the west side of Lewis today. Gorgeous spring weather! I was surprised at the official digging in the inner circle of the wonderful Standing Stones of Calanais. Looks interesting. I must ask my archaeological colleagues what the backstory is.
