Climbing The Walls

When they rebuilt her enclosure, I was really pleased - it was clear the old one was too small. Her fellow male died as soon as the new place was finished and now she is on her own. Even though they create games and training for her she still wants out, as shown here where she is trying to climb out. I think she's happier but that's still not the same as happy.

I'm climbing he walls too, all I want to do is transfer files from the Mac to the PC. I've got a direct usb cable or wireless to choose from but it's just not happening. Anyone know the magic spell required for this bit of IT voodoo to happen?
