Hitching a ride

Not because he was tired but because the field was completely full of thistles and he was struggling to find a clear path!!!

And what a star he is. Scoffed his food this morning - including dry - chewed on a bone afterwards and then did a long walk with us in the glorious sunshine. Okay he's been snoring on the sofa since we got back but I think if I'd had the op he'd had on Friday I'd still be in my bed and only managing soup!!!!

Isn't he just great!
